With the success of the initial workshop in October, participants asked to go further in depth on the different forms of self-care in order to take on the work & hold themselves accountable. We have partnered with professionals in each field who will dive deep on how we can take care of ourselves spiritually, physically, emotionally, financially, and professionally.
It's free & will take place on the last Friday of the month, January-June. You can decide whether to attend all six sessions, or choose al la carte (though coming to all six will be most beneficial). The final session will reflect on all that we have learned and will continue to implement.
