My Go-To Breakfast Smoothie

I keep frozen ripe bananas (broken into 1/4 pieces) and organic/wild blueberries on hand so I can easily make this smoothie daily.

1 Smoothie


Cashew Milk:

1/4 Cup Cashews

1 cup water

Sprinkle of Salt


1 cup cashew milk

1 heaping tbsp raw cacao powder

5 tbsp hemp seeds

sprinkle of cinnamon

1 1/4 frozen medium banana

Handful of leafy greens*

1 cup ice

Optional Add-Ins:


Maca Powder

Nutmeg & Clove powders

Mushroom Powders

Frozen Zucchinni, Cauliflower

Nut or Seed Butter of Choice


Prep the Cashew Milk:

Combine cashews, water, and salt in high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Make the smoothie:

Add all ingredients except ice to the prepped cashew milk in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice and process until smooth, or leave chunky if texture is preferred.


Always use organic, local/fairtrade whenever possible.

*Most leafy greens will work in this recipe. I usually use kale, spinach, lettuce, or any other greens I have on hand.
